The Power BI Visual Data Analytics for Project Controls online training course is delivered in 10 sessions over the course of 8 weeks.
Each session will introduce you to the essential skills and knowledge of Power BI and Data Analytics within the context of an applied project controls use case: prepare, model, visualize, and analyze the data and deploy and maintain deliverables.

I used to spend long hours sitting behind my desk crunching the numbers for my projects with the help of pivot tables and macros everywhere in my “smart” spreadsheets. Obviously, I had to start over every time I received new information from my project team. With limited available resources for project controls, I had to start by going through Power BI beginner tutorial guides and resources. I was blown away from the very beginning.
